Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach and ensure the accurate, efficient performance of teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Identify and resolve complex client service issues and transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness discussions.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling tellers, addressing staffing issues, observing performance, and overseeing operational standards.
  • •Perform teller tasks such as securely processing cash transactions and balancing cash drawers within balancing guidelines.
  • •Support compliance, audit, and security procedures; assist with onboarding/training new tellers and review product guides, fees, and policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •3+ years of superior client relationship skills.
  • •3+ years of experienced cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks.
