Product Enablement Specialist (d/f/m)

Join our growing Product Enablement team to scale how product knowledge is shared across the organization and with customers. You’ll own Intercom-based support, enhance self-service through the FinAI chatbot and Help Center, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, CS and Marketing, and help customers adopt new features through LumiAcademy and product communications.
