  • •Lead team members to identify, manage, and execute process improvement opportunities across the plant.
  • •Manage production staff to attain production and quality goals and maintain quality, productivity, and cost standards.
  • •Provide employee training and evaluate subordinate performance to support work performance improvement.
  • •Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures; oversee consistent application of policies across teams.
  • •Support safety and sanitation operations, including adherence to requirements such as lock-out/tag-out and PPE.
