Job Summary

Lead production staff on the 3rd shift to achieve plant production and quality goals. Monitor operations to maintain standards for quality, productivity, and cost, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure required resources are available for schedules. Train employees, supervise sanitation operations, and enforce plant rules and safety procedures. Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost, and customer service while providing direct oversight across your teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead team members to identify, manage, and execute process improvement opportunities across the plant.
•Manage production staff to attain production and quality goals and maintain quality, productivity, and cost standards.
•Provide employee training and evaluate subordinate performance to support work performance improvement.
•Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures; oversee consistent application of policies across teams.
•Support safety and sanitation operations, including adherence to requirements such as lock-out/tag-out and PPE.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 64,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements
