Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive technical and consumption strategy for the organization’s most complex customer engagements to influence platform adoption and revenue growth.
  • •Own senior-level executive technical relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise data and AI strategy.
  • •Lead complex architecture engagements across multi-workload platforms, enterprise migrations, real-time systems, and AI/ML at scale.
  • •Operate as a Databricks Platform expert with a declared archetype, mentoring others and delivering horizontal impact across the team.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with DSAs, SSAs, Partners, and Product, and contribute to thought leadership through workshops and customer-facing content.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in solutions architecture, principal engineering, technical pre-sales leadership, or a senior customer-facing technical role.
  • •Expert-level coding proficiency in Python and SQL, ideally with Spark/PySpark; you will complete a live coding assessment and platform build.
  • •Deep enterprise data architecture expertise, including distributed systems, streaming/real-time, lakehouse patterns, data governance, and cloud-native platforms.
  • •Expert-level Databricks Platform knowledge (or equivalent depth with competing platforms and rapid learning).
  • •Proven ability to drive consumption growth and platform adoption in large accounts, with executive-level influence.
