•Partner with distributor leadership and internal teams to build and execute local plans aligned to financial goals and KPIs.
•Track forecasts, manage local pricing strategies, provide monthly performance updates, and ensure compliance with data tracking tools and POS logistics/budget.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 106,200 - 132,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred).
•5–7 years of sales experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods, including distributor management.
•Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•Experience using data tools.
•Track record of driving performance through distributor and key account relationships.
