Job Summary

Build an AI-native growth engine that uses agents to make distribution decisions, generate creative at scale, and compound intelligence across growth workstreams. You’ll orchestrate agent workflows, ship automated integrations between the AI reasoning layer, execution platforms, data infrastructure, experimentation systems, and analytics tools. Own workflow reliability, monitoring/audit logging, and reusable shared agent infrastructure, working from specs with high quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship agent orchestration workflows across growth use cases, automating decisions and executions previously requiring human intervention.
•Develop integrations between the AI reasoning layer, growth execution platforms, data infrastructure, experimentation systems, and analytics tools.
•Create reusable shared agent infrastructure components, including workflow patterns, prompt libraries, and integration clients.
•Implement monitoring and audit logging so every agent action is traceable, versioned, and queryable for governance and continuous improvement.
•Produce creative and content generation pipelines that automate the brief-to-variant-to-distribution loop across growth channels.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,200 - 254,400 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems using AI orchestration platforms or equivalent technologies.
•Strong understanding of API integrations, including REST, webhooks, authentication patterns, and error handling at scale.
•Experience working with LLM APIs, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use, and agent chaining.
•Ability to work from a spec and build workflow designs accurately without hand-holding.
•Growth or marketing context, plus speed and quality in balance.
