Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary functional expert and business representative for ERP-related supply chain processes.
  • •Support daily ERP operations by troubleshooting functional issues and coordinating resolutions with IT or external support.
  • •Ensure ERP master data accuracy across items, BOMs, routings, suppliers, customers, inventory parameters, and planning settings.
  • •Lead testing, validation, and deployment of ERP enhancements, upgrades, patches, and new functionalities.
  • •Develop SOPs, train/coaching ERP users, and drive process improvement using Lean principles and standardization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain systems, ERP data management, or supply chain support.
  • •Experience with ERP Key User responsibilities and ERP-based process management (MAPICS, SAP preferred).
  • •Knowledge of MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, planning parameters, orders, and inventory transactions.
  • •Bilingual English/Spanish skills and strong attention to detail, analytical/problem-solving, and communication.
