Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of multi-country payroll operations through external partners, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • •Act as the regional authority/SPOC for all payroll matters, including escalations.
  • •Ensure strict statutory, legal, financial, and regulatory compliance across supported countries; partner with vendors, auditors, and legal advisors to mitigate risks.
  • •Monitor payroll accuracy, identify and prevent errors, and implement preventive controls with proper documentation and financial impact reporting.
  • •Lead payroll transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, standard KPIs, and data-driven insights; develop and coach the payroll team.
