Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to address process or system gaps.
  • •Maintain strong stockroom standards and processes to support efficient operations on the sales floor.
  • •Oversee recruitment and development of the Operations Associates, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.

  • •2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
