Lead and optimize in-store operations at a high-traffic fashion retailer, driving profitability and efficiency. Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to oversee inventory, floor operations, staffing, and budget adherence, while ensuring excellent guest experiences and adherence to visual standards. This role combines leadership, analytics, and hands-on store floor work in a full-time, onsite capacity at Galleria Dallas.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to address process or system gaps.
•Maintain strong stockroom standards and processes to support efficient operations on the sales floor.
•Oversee recruitment and development of the Operations Associates, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
•Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.

•2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.

•Ability to move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business needs and guest needs.
•Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies.
