Job Summary

Own analytics that power Portfolio Management for site and portfolio real estate decisions, serving as the PM Data Analytics subject matter expert. Lead space planning and occupancy intelligence, long-term headcount forecasting with Finance, and evolve core space planning tools and reporting cadences. Build dashboards and automate insights using Looker, Tableau, and AI-enabled workflows, while partnering with PM Data & Systems to ensure scalable, accurate analytics infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as PM Data Analytics subject matter expert on space programming, occupancy planning, and portfolio metrics for Portfolio Management and Space & Occupancy teams.
•Lead long-term headcount forecasting in partnership with Finance, including analysis of site impacts across regions.
•Own and evolve core space planning tools and resources used by planners across regions (e.g., Program Calculator, Space Type Dictionary, Site Planning Guidelines, Workplace Insights Survey).
•Translate site-level occupancy data into portfolio-scale insights that connect qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear narratives.
•Own reporting cadences (weekly/monthly utilization and quarterly forecast refreshes), build dashboards and automate reporting tools, and support PM microsite/reference toolkit maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in space planning, occupancy strategy, or workplace analytics, from site-level work to global portfolio responsibilities.
•Proven experience on an in-house corporate real estate or similar team, owning programs, tools, and data end-to-end.
•Deep fluency in space programming, occupancy metrics, and real estate strategy, including reading floor plans and interpreting sensor data.
•Experience building and maintaining AI-enabled tools for use cases such as floor plan analysis, attendance forecasting, scenario planning, and reporting automation.
•Expertise with Looker and Tableau for interactive, insight-driven dashboards, plus experience with CAFM systems and occupancy sensor/meeting room booking data.
