Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure production of electronic equipment adheres to quality and performance requirements.
  • •Occasionally perform wiring, mechanical assembly, gluing, encapsulation, and related tasks as needed.
  • •Operate tools and machines specified in work instructions.
  • •Conduct conformity checks at various manufacturing stages (test benches, dimensional measurement, visual/binocular inspection).
  • •Manage a small production cell with a few colleagues to balance workload across neighboring cells.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in serial electronics production and a mindset oriented toward Lean manufacturing.
  • •Proficiency in electronic wiring; no secret for wiring tasks.
  • •IPC610A certification/qualification.
  • •Strong team spirit and rigor in professional conduct.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to follow instructions.
