Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall client satisfaction for assigned HNW/UHNW wealth management clients by coordinating internal resources to deliver timely service and resolution.
  • •Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and goals and apply knowledge of governing documents, fiduciary duties, and relevant trust and tax law.
  • •Lead proactive client conversations for life-driven wealth management, advising on products/services, emerging issues, regulatory/tax changes, and recommended actions.
  • •Manage and enhance client relationships through effective written and verbal communication, diplomacy, and tact, and by identifying opportunities to improve the relationship.
  • •Cultivate referral relationships with external professional advisors, participate in professional/community organizations, and mentor less experienced partners.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years’ experience as a relationship manager in trust administration, estate administration, estate planning, or related fields.
  • •Experience working with high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients due to the complexity of the portfolio.
  • •Ability to manage a complex portfolio of over a million and/or billion in account under management (AUM).
  • •Knowledge of fiduciary and financial products/services and the fiduciary standards, principles, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • •JD and/or CFP or CPWA (or other related professional designations) strongly desired, along with negotiation and problem-solving skills.
