Job Summary

Join our commerce platform as a full-stack Software Engineer to help build, test, and experiment on ecom.docusign.com, within a close-knit pod of 4-6 engineers. You will own end-to-end customer experiences, contribute to scalable architecture, collaborate with Product Management, and mentor peers while presenting architecture to leadership across a large product area.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop testable, high-quality, and ship-ready code with ample test coverage
•Work with Product Management and other stakeholders to understand and translate commerce and growth requirements, and build end-to-end architecture and system designs
•Lead the end-to-end architecture and systems designs by partnering with cross-functional teams for the PLG org
•Mentor and address other senior and lead engineers and architects within the organization
•Represent PLG engineering org in all discussions with stakeholders and present software architecture to the executives

Key Requirements

•Basic Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics or equivalent experience
•5+ years of software development experience in user-facing applications
•Experience working with C#, Go, Java, React, Java Script, or other modern programming languages
•Experience using coding assistants - Github Copilot, Claude Code etc
•Preferred Experience in backend development; Experienced building or consuming RESTful web-services; Experience in distributed systems
