Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end Ind AS statutory financial reporting for the India entity in compliance with Ind AS and Schedule III.
  • •Review US GAAP transactions and calculate, prepare, and post adjustments to align financials with Ind AS.
  • •Identify and discuss compliance issues, structural variances, and transaction anomalies with the direct manager to develop solutions.
  • •Detect and resolve variances between US GAAP and Ind AS by tracing root causes across processes, system enhancements, and AI/automation tools.
  • •Draft audit schedules and support CARO clauses by addressing auditor queries, including fixed assets and related-party testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Independently prepare complete financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, Notes) in strict compliance with Ind AS and Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013.
  • •Analyze US GAAP transactions, map ledger differences, and post accurate Ind AS adjustment entries.
  • •Experience drafting audit schedules and addressing Companies Auditor’s Report Order (CARO) clauses, including fixed assets and related-party transaction testing.
  • •Manage ERP ledger configurations for multi-currency reconciliations, adjusting sub-ledgers and executing parallel ledger setups.
  • •Ability to handle shifting priorities and meet deadlines while working with teams across geographies.
