Job Summary

Support the Real Estate & Facilities (REF) Project Management team in the America Region by assisting with design analysis, schedule and budget tracking, and end-to-end payment coordination. Serve as a liaison across internal stakeholders and external partners to keep projects aligned and unblock issues. Maintain project dashboards and logs to share real-time status, risks, and contingencies while learning corporate real estate operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support project managers with design analysis and technical review processes to ensure requirements align with company standards.
•Assist with tracking project schedules and monitoring budgets for timely delivery and financial accountability.
•Coordinate the end-to-end payment process, including reviewing invoices, tracking change orders, and reconciling costs with internal finance systems.
•Act as a liaison between REF and internal stakeholders and external partners to drive alignment and resolve potential bottlenecks.
•Maintain project dashboards and logs to provide real-time updates on project status, risks, and contingencies.
