  • •Hit daily and weekly build targets while owning metrics such as throughput, yield, first-pass quality, and on-time completion.
  • •Build and lead a trained, accountable production team measured by retention, cross-training coverage, and performance against plan.
  • •Drive defect rates and rework down quarter over quarter through root-cause problem solving, process control, and feedback loops with Quality and Engineering.
  • •Own floor safety with zero preventable incidents and full compliance with safety protocols, including building a culture of early issue-raising.
  • •Lead at least one meaningful process improvement per quarter to measurably improve cycle time, ergonomics, quality, or cost.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years directly supervising production or manufacturing teams in a hands-on, on-floor capacity.
  • •Demonstrated track record of hitting production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

  • •Comfort running in a fast-paced environment where processes evolve quarter to quarter.
