Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of logistics operations from initial acquisition through post-deployment sustainment, ensuring seamless execution.
  • •Create, manage, and coordinate Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to meet contractual and operational requirements.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to establish design concepts and criteria so logistical considerations are integrated into deployment strategies.
  • •Serve as the primary owner for logistics and sustainment issues and ensure timely, effective resolution with key stakeholders.
  • •Influence preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, operating budgets, and financial terms; lead initiatives to improve processes using performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of progressively complex operations and program management experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Demonstrated technical and leadership acumen with deep expertise in operations, logistics, and large-scale deployment management principles.
  • •Strong leadership skills in organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
