Lead day-to-day operations at a local sports and leisure centre by supporting the Centre Manager, managing shifts, and ensuring a safe, welcoming experience for customers, colleagues, and community groups. Oversee lifeguarding, housekeeping, facility presentation, and incident response with follow-up actions. Support training, induction, and development, and drive continuous improvement through stock management, rota planning, and operational excellence.
