Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for clients in a structured, supportive environment. Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect and record session data, and help clients progress on life, communication, and social skills. Build positive rapport with clients and families while maintaining professionalism, and take part in ongoing ABA and special education training. Part-time schedule Monday–Friday, 12:30–5:30.
