Sales Support Engineer

Provide technical expertise to support the sales team and ensure accurate, timely order-to-delivery execution. Collaborate with Sales Engineers to understand customer requirements, prepare equipment selections and detailed quotations, and coordinate with factories and suppliers for correct products and pricing. Maintain order data in the order management system, manage order processing and delivery logistics, and resolve order/invoice issues while supporting continuous improvements to workflows.
