Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Sales Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • •Prepare equipment selections, costing, and detailed quotations based on project specifications.
  • •Liaise with factories and suppliers to ensure proper product selection, competitive pricing, and solution accuracy.
  • •Enter and update order information in the order management system and coordinate order processing and delivery logistics.
  • •Manage customer orders, handle invoices/credit-debit notes, resolve order-related issues, and support continuous improvements to order management processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, HVAC, or related).
  • •Prior experience in order management or in a technical support / sales engineering role is an advantage.
  • •Experience in HVAC or industrial equipment is especially beneficial.
  • •Strong technical acumen to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP or order management system experience is a plus.
