Payroll Accounting Analyst

Own payroll accounting close and reconciliation activities for the General Ledger, ensuring timely completion aligned with company standards and US GAAP. Prepare, document, and maintain accounting processes, and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations with teams and Accenture, guiding corrective entries. Use SAP and/or Oracle to analyze company codes and accounts, help standardize Global Finance Center processes, and partner with internal and external auditors on audit support and payroll variance analysis.
