  • •Partner with research and engineering leadership to ensure People programs fit how technical teams work.
  • •Own org-wide People programs including performance management, employee relations, engagement, and organizational design/workforce planning.
  • •Ensure employment law compliance, manage risk across the employee lifecycle, own People budget/resourcing, and lead hiring execution and onboarding planning.

Key Requirements
