Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience and complete complex and standardized client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs/offers, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
