Harvest Supervisor - A Shift - WATERLOO PORK PLANT

Maintain high production, quality, and yield while ensuring the safest working environment on the line. Supervise a team and oversee start-up readiness, daily production orders, and workstation inspections, including USDA inspection readiness. Manage inventory rotation and product coding, monitor machinery performance, and keep records for reworked/returned product. Promote safety daily and through monthly meetings, and provide coaching through training and counseling. Coordinate processing operations with other supervisors.
