Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary Creative and Technical Director for live broadcasts and on-demand workout classes, making real-time editorial decisions to enhance storytelling and engagement
•Guide the execution of live and coach-to-camera classes with precise camera blocking, lighting transitions, and audio fidelity to ensure high production value
•Lead and support a team of 1–2 Production Technicians during live broadcasts, providing real-time cues and ensuring all positions meet production standards
•Maintain accountability for the final artistic aesthetic and technical quality of the broadcast, adjusting deviations from brand style guides
•Act as the designated Control Room Lead, managing daily production workflows and coordinating tasks among the crew to ensure operational success

Salary: USD 84,250 - 99,650 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience directing or technical directing in a live control room/broadcast environment (e.g., TV, News, Sports, or Live Streaming)
•Advanced knowledge of Ross Carbonite switchers, Yamaha QL/CL series audio consoles, and advanced signal flow (SDI, NDI, and Dante) or similar equipment
•Demonstrated ability to guide and support a technical crew calmly and effectively during live, fast-paced broadcasts; experience supervising small teams or direct reports is preferred
•A systems-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex signal paths and IP-based broadcast workflows independently
•Ability to work a variable production schedule, which includes a rotation of early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays based on the broadcast calendar.
