•Own the intake and prioritization of CDP-related requirements from multiple marketing teams and translate needs into scalable platform requirements.
•Manage and prioritize the backlog, balancing urgency with engineering capacity and platform impact; maintain visibility of roadmap and documentation across partners.
•Partner with Decision Science and Engineering to define instrumentation requirements and data pipeline needs, ensuring alignment with global standards and downstream systems.
•Coordinate delivery milestones, testing, and QA sign-off, acting as the bridge between marketing stakeholders and technical teams.
•Collaborate across a matrixed organization to ensure global, multi-product solutions while balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform health.

Key Requirements

•5–8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years working within a CDP, data platform, or martech infrastructure environment in a requirements, product, or delivery coordination capacity
•Working knowledge of one or more enterprise CDPs (mParticle, Segment, Adobe CJA, Tealium, or equivalent) sufficient to translate business needs into platform requirements and engage effectively with technical teams
•Strong understanding of platform event schemas, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and data feed architecture
•Proven ability to partner with engineering on instrumentation requirements and with data engineering teams on pipeline and attribute delivery
•Must have the legal right to work in the United States
