Own a portfolio of complex Major & Complex Loss claims from initial assessment through reinstatement. Conduct inspections of damaged residential and commercial properties, assess building damage, and provide technical guidance on insurance matters. Project manage reinstatement works with a focus on quality, cost control, and timely delivery, while producing detailed reports and maintaining strong relationships with policyholders and industry stakeholders. Work fully remotely while supporting High Net Worth customers.
