Job Summary

Own the Justlife brand voice across the full customer journey, writing conversion-focused copy for CRM campaigns (push, SMS, email), funnel and service content, new feature messaging, ads, and offline materials. Partner daily with Marketing Performance, Business Development, Product, and Customer Service, and report to the Content Lead. Balance high-volume production with strong taste and judgment, using engagement and CTR insights to continually raise performance and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Justlife voice across the entire customer journey, from funnel and service content to new product feature copy.
•Create CRM campaigns: push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and emails optimized for opens, clicks, and CTR.
•Shape the funnel by crafting service descriptions and content that moves customers from interest to booking.
•Develop ad concepts and briefs, partnering with designers to execute campaigns and offline materials like banners and flyers.
•Define and maintain consistent brand voice across all channels while introducing fresh ideas and formats that lift engagement.

•Ability to write fast while maintaining strong first-pass accuracy and judgment.
•Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and email/social media platforms (basic familiarity acceptable).
