Lead the technical development of retail fixture and display systems, turning retail design concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions. Own the full lifecycle—from concept exploration and prototyping/validation to manufacturing rollout—while ensuring performance, durability, safety, quality, and cost effectiveness. Partner across design, engineering, manufacturing, and retail teams, and collaborate with suppliers and development vendors to deliver best-in-class, sustainable retail environments across China.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate retail design concepts into technically viable, production-ready fixture solutions and lead development from concept to final production.
•Manage end-to-end prototype and mock-up processes, evaluating feasibility, construction methods, user experience, and assembly efficiency.
•Identify and evaluate innovative materials, finishes, and manufacturing technologies while balancing aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and cost.
•Lead technical reviews and supplier evaluations across fixture manufacturers, engineering partners, and development vendors, driving quality and continuous improvement.
•Manage multiple fixture development projects, track milestones/risks/budgets/deliverables, coordinate cross-functional communication, and maintain project documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree background.
•5+ years of experience in retail fixture development, product engineering, furniture engineering, shopfitting, industrial design, or related fields.
•Proven experience managing development projects from concept through production.
•Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, and engineering partners.
•Strong knowledge of fixture engineering, product development, manufacturing, and construction methods.
