Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
  • •Assist in developing and executing safeguarding policies/procedures for SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of US military operations.
  • •Provide day-to-day security support by assessing procedures, identifying shortfalls, and recommending improvements to security systems and policies.
  • •Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks for test/training/operational activities, and assist in implementing and training the Operations Security program.
  • •Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and perform loss/compromise preliminary inquiries and damage assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of related security experience and SAP experience required.
  • •Must currently possess and be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
  • •Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and appropriate DCIDs/JAFANs and guiding policy documents.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (related area) or Associate’s degree (related area) plus 2 years’ experience, or equivalent experience.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph and travel within the AOR (could be extensive).
