Lead mission-focused systems engineering work supporting Naval Radar programs. Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team to collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues, including schedule execution for assigned program elements.
•Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real-world environments.
•Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues using detailed data analysis and debugging.
•Utilize modeling and simulation tools to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
•Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and document/communicate results to leadership and stakeholders, with travel up to 10% to support missions.
