  • •Own the intelligence layer that decides what’s broken, why it happened, and what to do next.
  • •Build agents that reason over codebases, traces, logs, and runtime behavior to explain bugs before users are impacted.
  • •Develop LLM pipelines for triage, root-cause analysis, automated fix proposals, and model routing by cost.
  • •Create detection systems for anomalies across product behavior, performance, and user experience.
  • •Build evals, datasets, observability, and feedback loops to measure and continuously improve system performance.

  • •Treat evals as first-class engineering when systems make decisions for users.
