Job Summary

Lead and deliver multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering projects across markets in the Los Angeles/Orange County area. Provide client leadership, design management, and strategic guidance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality documentation. Mentor teams, drive business development, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding design excellence and corporate standards in a broad US West Buildings & Places portfolio.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a range of small to large size architectural and engineering projects, assuming primary responsibility for client leadership, communication and satisfaction.
•Provide leadership in the design management of the project in partnership with office design leaders and provide stewardship over the process as an advocate for design excellence.
•Provide management strategy necessary to achieve successful project delivery, financial performance and risk mitigation.
•Develop and manage positive client relationships and work as the client’s advocate by identifying and balancing expectations within the context of contractual obligations, corporate goals, and client satisfaction.
•Communicate often and effectively with all project participants, internal staff, consultants, clients, owners, contractors and jurisdictions in an effective and collaborative manner.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field and 10 years of relevant experience including 2 years of leadership or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Professional registration/licensure required.
