Job Summary

Oversee daily warehouse (WH) operations at HomeBox UAE locations in DWC, ensuring efficient inbound, putaway, picking, outbound, replenishment, and returns. Manage SLAs with retail and delivery teams, drive productivity improvements, and ensure strong internal customer/store experience through feedback. Maintain manpower planning, monitor warehouse technology adoption, implement supply chain strategy toward territory logistics goals, and lead process improvement, KPI/Project delivery, and health/safety/environment compliance through frequent audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily warehouse operations (inbound, putaway, picking, outbound, store replenishment, return and replacement) to drive productivity improvement.
•Manage SLAs and coordinate with retail/delivery teams to maintain performance and timely responses when targets are not met.
•Implement and maintain manpower planning across warehouse activities.
•Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy across the warehouse aligned with the Territory Logistics goal.
•Identify process bottlenecks, implement improvements, collaborate with stakeholders (IT, Operations, Finance, vendors) on supply chain KPIs/projects, and conduct frequent audits for standards compliance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3-4 years in ground warehouse operations, preferably in the furniture/homeware industry.
•Full-Time Graduate – Engineering.
•Full-Time MBA from a reputed B School (Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations) preferred (not mandatory).
•Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and data analysis.
•Must have MS Office and Advanced Excel; preferred Power Query, Power BI, Python, and SAS.
