  • •Increase trust in core data by defining SLAs, driving dataset pipeline health, establishing data contracts and dataset ownership, and advocating for quality investments.
  • •Improve metadata quality, lineage, and discovery so teams can find, trust, and trace data; establish access controls and compliance processes for deletion, access management, and auditability.
  • •Build internal data products (fact/dimension tables, semantic layers, reusable data products) and establish a durable operating model with roadmap, intake, adoption tracking, and platform cost/efficiency as a health metric.
