Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and validation scenarios for enhancement, defect-fix, and release cycles.
  • •Run functional, integration, regression, and system testing across releases to ensure consistent quality standards.
  • •Support release quality gates by validating readiness inputs (scope, acceptance criteria, test coverage) before CAB/production approvals.
  • •Manage defects end-to-end by identifying, logging, triaging, tracking through closure, and validating fixes with developers and business teams.
  • •Contribute to QA automation and continuous improvement by improving test reusability, coverage visibility, and validation efficiency, and by supporting quality dashboards/metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional QA/software testing experience, including enterprise applications or digital products in Agile delivery environments.
  • •Strong experience with functional, integration, and regression testing cycles focused on release readiness.
  • •Experience with test planning, defect management, and quality reporting, including root-cause/risk identification.
  • •Proficiency managing test assets and traceability across requirements, test cases, defects, and release outcomes.
  • •Hands-on familiarity supporting production validation, smoke testing, and release verification, coordinating with developers, DevOps, and stakeholders.
