Job Summary

Partner with an integrated program team to develop project control plans, WBS, and cost and schedule baselines across large multi-site efforts. Prepare and publish metrics, financial reports, and monthly progress updates, analyzing cost/schedule variances and unbilled/receivable/payable balances. Apply Earned Value Management (EVM), support change/risk and EAC management, ensure compliance with GPMO/MOS and SOX controls, and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of project control plans, WBS, cost budgets, and schedule baselines for complex, multi-site projects.
•Analyze project performance through cost and schedule integration, including unbilled, receivable, and payable balances.
•Perform variance analysis versus baseline, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
•Prepare and publish metrics and financial reports, and support project forecasting, project reviews, and monthly progress reporting.
•Apply EVM techniques, assist with change/risk and lead EAC management, monitor compliance (GPMO/MOS) and ensure SOX controls; lead or support improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•7+ years’ experience in project controls.
•Working knowledge of project management processes including cost, EVM, schedule, baseline development, and performance measurements.
•User experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsiga).
•Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•Project Management, PMI-SP, or Cost Engineering Certification; plus strong cost control and scheduling experience (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum).
