Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and supervision to an operations team across inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments, and inventory management.
  • •Accountable to client SLA agreements and site-specific quality and fulfillment targets.
  • •Plan, prioritize, and communicate shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality; own full work week responsibility including 2nd shift and weekends if applicable.
  • •Oversee quality assurance by establishing metrics, applying best practices, and developing tools/processes to meet quality goals.
  • •Drive lean process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives, including training/SOP upkeep and budgeting for the value stream.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; HS degree or GED required.
  • •2+ years of progressive operations experience in a manager role.
  • •Experience leading up to 100 associates and running continuous improvement efforts.
  • •Experience with process improvement methodologies such as LEAN and/or Six Sigma; Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel; intermediate math skills.
