OT Field Service Technician

Provide Level 2 technical support for operational technology (OT) systems, including issue resolution, system performance monitoring, and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot OT hardware, software, and network issues, support system improvements and upgrades, and assist with OT system implementations (setup, testing, and user training). Maintain detailed documentation, follow safety/compliance and security protocols, and coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, installation, and repairs.
