•Lead regional revenue growth and develop short- and long-term sales strategies to drive predictable APAC revenue.
•Personally guide strategic enterprise opportunities from discovery to close, building business cases and ROI narratives for senior stakeholders.
•Develop and mentor a high-performing APAC sales team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development.
•Drive disciplined CRM usage and pipeline forecasting, using data analytics to improve performance and inform leadership decisions.
•Represent Inspectorio as a senior regional leader, building industry presence, speaking at events, and expanding relationships across brands, retailers, and suppliers.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including at least 4+ years in sales leadership roles.
•Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
•Experience selling into apparel, retail, manufacturing, supply chain, sustainability, or related industries.
•Strong experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
•Ability to engage and influence executive-level buyers, including CIOs, COOs, Heads of Supply Chain, Quality, Sustainability, Sourcing, and Operations.
