Supervise production and operational teams involved in assembly, inspection, testing, and final test for capital equipment and components. Prioritize schedules using manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials needs, and track performance metrics to improve cycle time and customer-impacting outcomes. Lead safety, training, and EHS compliance, manage performance and development plans, and drive Lean, Quality, and corrective actions while optimizing production capacity and real-time status reporting.
