Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate between client design teams, insurers, and developers on insurer design compliance matters across projects.
  • •Assess prospective sites during pre-lease due diligence and identify design conditions affecting lease execution.
  • •Manage open insurer review items through to closure during preconstruction and construction with developers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • •Maintain a compliance tracking matrix (open items, evidence, responsible party, status, and schedule impact) and lead working sessions to resolve open items.
  • •Prepare weekly status reporting, review developer submissions and insurer letters for non-compliances/evidence needs, and escalate delays affecting schedules.

Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8 years of experience in design management, design coordination, or technical project management in the construction industry.
  • •Background in architectural, structural, and fire protection design, with coordination familiarity across disciplines.
  • •Familiarity with US building and fire codes.
  • •Experience with insurer-led or third-party design approval processes (preferred).
  • •Ability to track and close technical items across multiple concurrent projects and read/interpret drawings and submittals.
