•Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of technical equipment such as Juniper networking, Virtualization OS, Windows Servers, Video and Access Control, Scanners, and PABX.
•Provide support for datacenter operations, including hardware and software maintenance.
•Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
•Administration of Virtual Machines under VMWARE and VCENTER environments.
•Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers and switches.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Engineering Degree (Telecommunications, IT, or Electronics).
•4+ years of experience in the telecommunications field, IT.
•Fluency in Spanish and English (mid/high).
•Proactive customer service mindset with strong focus on satisfying customer needs.
•Experience in problem solving; IT certifications such as VMware, Microsoft Administration, or others are valued.
