Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Construction Management or Engineering with 12+ years of relevant construction experience (or demonstrated equivalency), including 4 years of leadership.
  • •12+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large, mega construction projects.
  • •Proven delivery of major aviation/airport terminal projects, ideally in an active airport environment.
  • •Strong NYC-area construction practices, codes, permitting, and regulatory requirements, with Port Authority project experience highly preferred.
  • •Proficiency with construction management software (CMiC) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
