Prime vehicles and complete final sanding before painting, then perform buffing, touch-ups, paint mixing, and airbrushing to help prepare cars in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers. Work in a fast-paced reconditioning environment with safety equipment, using modern tools to ensure vehicles are ready for customers. Entry-level training is available for eligible hires to build skills and progress.

Key Responsibilities

•Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting.
•Buff vehicles and complete touch-up painting.
•Mix paint and use airbrushing as part of the painting process.
•Maintain quality while working with state-of-the-art tools in Inspection Centers.
•Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment in production conditions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment (e.g., face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments).
