Job Summary

Build and ship production-grade internal AI agents and agentic applications that address priority business problems across Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. Partner with product, IT, analytics, and business stakeholders in a stakeholder-plus-builder model to turn use cases into prototypes and maintainable internal tools. Design prompt and workflow logic, integrate agents with internal systems and data sources, and ensure secure, compliant, scalable deployment while serving as the SME for agentic engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, test, and iterate internal AI agents and workflow tools for priority business use cases.
•Translate product requirements and business use cases into technical implementations, including prompt design, tool orchestration, and workflow logic.
•Integrate AI agents with internal systems and data sources (e.g., CRM, documents, knowledge bases, and communication tools).
•Collaborate with IT, data, and platform teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable integration.
•Own deployment infrastructure for internal agentic applications and act as the SME for agentic engineering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of software engineering experience.
•Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, agents, or agentic workflows using tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or Gemini, and frameworks such as Google ADK.
•Strong understanding of agentic engineering, including multi-step workflows, tool orchestration, memory/context management, and structured output generation.
•Experience integrating AI systems with internal tools and data sources via APIs, connectors, and workflow automation, ideally in AWS and/or GCP environments.
•Ability to prototype quickly from ambiguous problem statements and productionize internal tools with strong debugging and iteration skills.
