Key Responsibilities

  • •Check delivery routes for the day.
  • •Load and prepare the van for deliveries, ensuring orders are ready for efficient direct customer delivery.
  • •Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain full road compliance and health & safety.
  • •Provide great customer service as a Waitrose brand ambassador while on the road.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks when not out on deliveries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •18 years or older to work in the role.
  • •Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Strong customer service skills and ability to help customers with their shopping.
  • •Good time management and ability to work independently with self-motivation and adaptability.
  • •Able to meet physical requirements (e.g., lifting crates and moving cages) and be IT literate.
