Lead and manage Engineering Project Leads and Project Engineers delivering complex integration of commercial aircraft seating actuation systems. Own project execution excellence by monitoring project health against schedule, scope, and budget, supporting bid quoting, and translating requirements into plans and forecasts. Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and finance, while establishing standardized project management processes and mentoring the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of Engineering Project Leads and Project Engineers executing complex integration of commercial seating actuation systems.
•Monitor and analyze project health metrics to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget using performance indicators.
•Compile accurate quotes for new project bids and translate customer/business requirements into project plans, cost estimates, and resource forecasts.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, finance, and customer-facing teams; serve as the escalation point for project issues.
•Develop and maintain standardized project management processes and own department-level capacity and demand planning; mentor and grow the team.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience.
•Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
•Experience working in the aerospace industry.
•Experience with RTCA DO-160 / DO-254 Electrical Component Certification.
•Experience with RTCA DO-178 Software Component Certification, plus previous project management experience.
