Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Engineering Project Leads and Project Engineers executing complex integration of commercial seating actuation systems.
  • •Monitor and analyze project health metrics to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget using performance indicators.
  • •Compile accurate quotes for new project bids and translate customer/business requirements into project plans, cost estimates, and resource forecasts.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, finance, and customer-facing teams; serve as the escalation point for project issues.
  • •Develop and maintain standardized project management processes and own department-level capacity and demand planning; mentor and grow the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience.

  • •Experience with RTCA DO-160 / DO-254 Electrical Component Certification.
