Job Summary

Design and develop new insurance products, coverages, and pricing/rating enhancements, then drive end-to-end rollout across new and existing states. Build and optimize state expansion pricing models, own research and proposals, and monitor post-launch performance using dashboards and KPIs. Partner with actuarial, product, and compliance teams to ensure regulator-ready launches, and integrate AI/ML to improve pricing accuracy and uncover emerging risk patterns.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop new insurance products, rules, coverages, and enhancements that improve competitiveness and customer value.
•Lead state expansion efforts by building and launching pricing models and optimizing existing state models.
•Own research and proposals for new products, rules, coverages, and enhancements.
•Own end-to-end rollout from initial pricing analysis through launch and post-launch monitoring.
•Partner cross-functionally with actuarial, product, and compliance teams to ensure features are technically sound and regulator-ready.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of insurance product development experience.
•Experience building or launching new insurance products, features, or rating enhancements.
•Experience supporting state expansion, including new-state pricing model development and regulatory readiness.
•Hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning tools to pricing, underwriting, or risk workflows with measurable results.
•Strong understanding of regulatory modeling and compliance requirements across multiple states.
