Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions, including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, night and mail deposits, cashier’s checks, and savings bonds.
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone.
  • •Prepare and process additional transactions as needed, including preparing currency transaction reports.
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities, including directing clients to a banker and processing referrals.
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer and follow bank operations and security procedures while maintaining confidentiality and attending required training.
